Covenant Clinical is looking for an entrepreneurial VP of Growth to act as the architect of our go-to-market infrastructure. This role will own our direct-to-consumer (DTC) P&L and spearhead strategy and execution across all digital touchpoints — bridging technical infrastructure, creative content, and revenue generation. You will build our growth engine from the ground up, scale our DTC business, and establish operational excellence across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of our digital growth stack. Define requirements for data modeling and reporting to ensure decision-making is data-driven.
  • DTC Scaling: Own the end-to-end DTC business, including the Shopify Plus storefront, subscription models, loyalty programs, and conversion optimization.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive customer acquisition through a multi-channel strategy including paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO, and email/lifecycle marketing.
  • Content & Engagement: Lead the healthcare professional content pipeline, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and engaging material that drives practitioner and consumer trust.
  • Automation & AI: Champion process design and AI adoption to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and accelerate team velocity.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of marketing and creative professionals. Manage agency relationships across SEO, paid media, and web development.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 15+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record scaling DTC brands from pre-launch to $10M+ revenue.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Shopify Plus, marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, and paid media channels.
  • Data-Driven: Deep experience in cohort analysis, customer lifetime value optimization, and translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build systems, document processes, and implement workflow automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
  • Agility: A builder mentality with early-stage startup experience and comfort navigating ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Domain Expertise Preferred: Background in beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetics — particularly within physician-dispensed or professional distribution models.
